We need your help with appraisals! With the new appraisal rules, our lenders are having to go to a "pool" to order the appraisal and we're seeing so many "out of area" appraisers trying to work in our area. Take Silverlake, for example......we all know that not all Silverlake homes are comparable...just because the square footage and age are similar! And you would think that appraisers would know that too! Well, they do..........if they are familiar with our area. Please help and sign the petition!
