Pearland or Friendswood, newer home, 1 or 2 story (if 2 story, master down), must be nice and updated, pool okay, 3 car DETACHED garage, up to $250,000

Split plan, 4 bedrooms, or 3 plus a study, in Pearland vicinity, prefers trees, $130,000 - $150,000.

Pearland, smaller home, prefers Old Townsite, at least 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, less than $100,000.

Friendswood, 1 1/2 - 3 acres, up to $550,000, no HOA, at least 2200 sf, older home okay.
