Pearland Market Activity

"Thank you" to those who recently sent an email or called about this BLOG!  Apparently, you all enjoy the articles, but our Pearland real estate activity is the most popular....along with information and insight into windstorm insurance for Brazoria County!  Mortgage information is also quite popular with our readers. 

Today, I'd like to share a "generic" real estate report (which will only be valid for about 30 days from 10-26-07).  This report is truly a generic report using the following criteria obtained from the Houston MLS:

Pearland area
77584 zip code
3-4 bedrooms
At least 2 baths
At least 2 car garage
Built 1995-2000
2200-2800 square feet
2-story
Sold between 5-1-07 to 10-26-07

*Note:  Swimming pools skew the numbers somewhat....I didn't preference whether or not a house had a pool.
