Today, I'd like to share a "generic" real estate report (which will only be valid for about 30 days from 10-26-07). This report is truly a generic report using the following criteria obtained from the Houston MLS:
Pearland area 77584 zip code 3-4 bedrooms At least 2 baths At least 2 car garage Built 1995-2000 2200-2800 square feet 2-story Sold between 5-1-07 to 10-26-07
