Feb. 21, 2007 - The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is predicting a gradual rise in existing home sales throughout 2007 and into 2008, which suggests an increase in demand for qualified mortgage brokers and lenders.  But where do these buyers go to find the right mortgage?  Many will turn to the internet, submit their information and they will receive "quotes" back via email or phone call.  But is this the best way?  For some buyers it may be.  While we are not in the business of directing a buyer to a particular lender, we do prefer to deal with local lenders who have a proven track history of giving the best service and great rates to our clients.  There's nothing like getting to the closing table and discovering all the additional fees that the buyer was not anticipating.  So, if you're interested in a few names of lenders to help you with a new home loan, refiance or home equity loan, feel free to call the lenders on my personal website, www.PearlandHomes.com under the Mortgage Tab...Loan Officers.  Tell them Kathye Warfield referred you for the BEST possible service.  As always....if you need help buying or selling, please call me!
