Southwyck and Silverlake HOA problems

With the lawsuit going on between Southwyck and Silverlake, we highly recommend that you get the resale certificate when you sell your house.  We used to be able to order this for you at the title company, but now it appears this is done on-line by the homeowner.  We feel like it is very critical to distinguish between Southwyck and Silverlake to new homeowners....."Silverlake" has been used to describe the "area" and not specifically a particular subdivision.
